Alashankou Jinshahe Noodle Industry Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Jinshahe Noodle Industry Group in Alashankou City. It was formally established on January 24, 2018, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. 10,000 tons of flour and 200,000 tons of noodle production line project.
This project has an investment of about 800 million yuan, a land area of about 253 acres, and an annual output value of over 2.5 billion yuan after completion, providing nearly 600 jobs. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project will cost about 500 million yuan and will occupy an area of about 126 acres. It will build a 120,000-ton steel silo, a 750-ton flour processing workshop for daily wheat processing, a 400-ton noodle workshop and supporting warehouse. The second-phase project has an investment of about 300 million yuan and a land area of about 127 acres. It will build a 80,000-ton steel silo, a 750-ton flour processing workshop for processing wheat daily, a 400-ton noodle workshop and supporting warehouse for daily production.
After the project is completed, wheat will be imported from Kazakhstan into the comprehensive bonded zone, where it will be stored and processed into flour and then processed into noodles. The product sales in the early stage will be dominated by the domestic market, gradually, and expanded to the Asian and European markets with the help of the national “Belt and Road” policy.
In the next five years, we will start to expand in the fields of wheat cultivation, storage and processing in Kazakhstan, extend the industrial chain, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
At the same time, we will also invite more food processing enterprises from the Mainland to invest in Alashankou to jointly participate in the construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative. Use the resources and geographical advantages of Alashankou to strengthen and expand the Alashankou food processing sector; use the historical opportunities of the “Belt and Road” to expand its influence in countries along the “Belt and Road”.
